Kim L. Wells

My current position with BMS Management is Senior Property Manager. I have been a member of the BMS team for eleven (11) years.

I have been in the real estate field for twenty-five (25) years. I started out in the real estate community as a Building Administrator. In 1988, I was part of the Management team that won the very prestigious TOBY.

I am currently a member of IREM & BOMA.
